Ms. Miranda and Ms. Jehlen moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $120,000 shall be expended to the Center for Teen Empowerment, Inc. for support and community engagement programs for at-risk youth”; and by striking out the figure “$7,200,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$7,320,000”.
