MassHealth Dental Benefits

Messrs. Mark and Lewis, Ms. Kennedy, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Collins, Keenan, Driscoll and Payano, Ms. Edwards and Messrs. Brady, O'Connor and Oliveira moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 42, subsection (b) by inserting after the word “adults on a per patient basis or in aggregate” the following words:-“; provided further that both partial and complete removable dentures shall not be subject to any monetary cap of benefits”.
