Public Art in Andover

Mr. Finegold moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- “provided, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Andover for any costs related to supporting public art in the town"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$150,000”.
