Mr. Gómez moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0110, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Baystate Brightwood Health Center in the city of Springfield to assist in neighborhood outreach"; and by striking the figure "$6,218,222"; and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$6,268,222".
