Emergency Room Diversion

Mr. Payano, Ms. Kennedy, Mr. Lewis, Ms. Edwards and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5042-5000, by striking out the words "$6,000,000 may" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "$6,500,000 shall"; and by striking out the figure "$136,668,638" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$137,168,638".
