Emergency Room Diversion

Mr. Payano and Ms. Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5042-5000, by striking out the words "$6,000,000 may be expended for the department's emergency room diversion initiative to stabilize youth in crisis" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "$7,000,000 shall be expended for the department's emergency room diversion initiative to stabilize youth in crisis"; and by striking out the figure "136,668,638" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "137,668,638".
