Subscription Amendment to Conform to AGO Guidance Language

Mr. Oliveira moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 28, by inserting after the word “lease”, in line 284, the following words:-

“; provided further, that insurance products which are subject to Massachusetts statutory or regulatory requirements concerning the advertisement, offer, solicitation, sale, or renewal of such products, other than property and casualty liability insurance, shall not be a “Product.”
