Menstrual Equity

Mr. Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1005, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $260,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Organization for Women to sustain and expand its menstrual equity program”; and by striking out the figure “$25,036,673” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$25,296,673”
