Mr. Cyr, Ms. Jehlen, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Oliveira, Keenan, Gómez, Collins, Brady, Lewis and Payano, Ms. Kennedy, Ms. Miranda, Messrs. Eldridge, Montigny, Fernandes and Mark, Ms. Howard, Messrs. Rush and Finegold, Ms. Lovely, Mr. O'Connor and Ms. Creem moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1005, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Organization for Women to sustain and expand its menstrual equity program”; and by striking out the figure “$25,036,673” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$25,186,673”.
