Ms. Kennedy, Messrs. Cyr and Payano, Ms. Miranda, Mr. Mark, Ms. Howard, Ms. Edwards, Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Moore and Collins, Ms. Rausch and Mr. Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by inserting the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts to support continuing access to sexual and reproductive health care and community needs”; and in said item by striking the figure “$155,438,918” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-“$157,438,918”.
