Ms. Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4003-0122, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended to Friendly House, Inc. for the operation of a Center for New Americans in the city of Worcester"; and by striking out the figure “$1,305,256” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,430,356”.
