Mr. DiDomenico, Ms. Lovely, Messrs. O'Connor and Tarr, Ms. Rausch and Ms. Howard moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1112, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association, Massachusetts Chapter, Inc. to provide care services for individuals suffering with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis”; and by striking out the figure "$12,295,532" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$12,545,532".
