Mr. DiDomenico moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1112, by inserting after the words "youth tobacco use prevention and cessation programs" the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association, Massachusetts Chapter, Inc. to provide care services for individuals suffering with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis”; and by striking out the figure "$12,295,532" and inserting in place thereof the following figure: - "$12,595,532".
