REquipment Durable Medical Equipment/Assistive Technology Reuse program

Mr. Brady moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4120-4000, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to REquipment Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Assistive Technology (AT) Reuse Program, Inc. to improve the independence of individuals with disabilities through the refurbishment and repair of home medical equipment and assistive technology”; and by striking

out the figure “$14,230,910” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$14,730,910”.
