Wilmington Intersection Upgrades

Mr. Finegold moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- “; provided, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the town of Wilmington for any costs related to intersection upgrades necessitated by construction of schools in the town"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$160,000”.
