Ms. Howard moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5042-5000, in item 5042-5000, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Community Teamwork Inc. in the city of Lowell to operate programs promoting children's behavioral health and educational success"; and by striking out the figure “$136,668,638” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$136,718,638”.
