Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Collins, Lewis, Keenan, Barrett and Eldridge, Ms. Miranda, Ms. Edwards and Mr. Rush moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended to Hope and Comfort, Inc. to support operations and hygiene product acquisition”; 

and by striking out the figure “$35,376,194” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$35,726,194”.
