Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4120-4000,  by striking out the figure “$14,230,910” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- “$14,231,410” and in said item by adding the following:  “that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for MassAbility Assistive Technology Independent Living Program”.
