Messrs. Collins, Brady, Cronin, Keenan, Moore and Driscoll, Ms. Howard, Mr. Eldridge and Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4120-4000, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for MassAbility Assistive Technology Independent Living Program”; and by striking out the figure “$14,230,910” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- "$14,730,910”.
