Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting the following words:- “; provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to All Dorchester Sports & Leadership for programming and youth workforce development"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$125,000".
