Individual Homeless Winter Overflow Planning

Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 7004-0202 the following item:

xxxx-xxxx  For the provision of grants to support winter shelter beds for homeless individuals and overnight warming center capacity; provided, that grants be for a period no greater than 6 months to ensure flexibility to meet emergent needs each winter................................................$8,000,000
