Seasonal Communities Implementation

Mr. Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for technical assistance for municipalities implementing the seasonal community designation under section 32 of chapter 23B”; and by striking out the figure “$21,785,301” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$21,960,301”.
