Public-Private Support for Operational Funding

Mr. Rush moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 3000-1045, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that operational grants for participating programs that are supported by third party investments, shall be excluded from the limitations placed on certain providers by Chapter 15D, Section 20c of the General Laws”.
