Messrs. Durant and Collins, Mrs. Dooner and Messrs. Oliveira and Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7061-9813, by striking out the figure "$16,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$60,000,000".
