Municipal School District Transportation Costs and Geographic Area

Mr. Fernandes moved that the proposed new text be amended by striking out, in section 38(a), in subsection (ii), the following words:- “and (iii) out-of-district special education costs;”; and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “; (iii) out-of-district special education costs; and (iv) municipal school district transportation costs taking into account road mileage and geographic area”.
