MSBA Statewide Housing and Energy Affordability

Mr. Fernandes moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 39(d), by inserting after clause (vi), the following clause:-

"(vii) reimbursement policies to prioritize communities that are meeting their housing goals as defined by the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities and energy affordability goals as defined by the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs;".
