Strengthening the Special Education Circuit Breaker Program

Mr. Oliveira moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7061-0012, by striking out the figure “75” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “90”;

By striking out the figure “$652,694,886” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$919,756,228”; and

By inserting the following sections:-

SECTION X.  Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the figure “$45,793” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$37,120”.

SECTION XX. Said section 5A of said chapter 71B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 50, the figure “75” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “90”.
