O'Connor, Cyr, Fernandes, Montigny, Driscoll and Velis and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 3000-5000, by striking out the figure “$20,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$21,500,000”.
