Ms. Jehlen moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Friends of the Medford Family Network Corp. to provide early childhood, parent education and family support services in the city of Medford"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting the in place thereof the following figure:- “$200,000”.
