Mr. Gómez moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the renovation of laboratory space and equipment upgrades to support the life and science programs at American International College"; and by striking the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$350,000".
