Charlemont Mohawk Trail Regional School District

Mr. Mark moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $109,265.72 shall be expended for the Town of Charlemont for the purpose of reimbursing the Mohawk Trail Regional School District for excess payments"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$209,265.72”.
