Ms. Creem moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7507-0100, by adding the following words:- "; provided, that not less than $90,000 shall be expended for the MassBay Center for Cybersecurity Education"; and by striking out the figure "$24,378,539" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$24,468,539".
