School-based behavioral health technical assistance center

Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the Behavioral Health Integrated Resources for Children (BIRCh) project to continue the operations of the school--based behavioral health technical assistance center”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$600,000”.
