Sustainable School Funding

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in SECTION 27 by inserting after the word "allocation." in line 232, the following words:-- "The commission shall consider the means necessary to support quality public education in the context of school district and municipal resources, cost trends, and other factors including but not limited to current and projected enrollment and current and projected levels of enrollment in special education programs."
