Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in SECTION 27 by inserting in line 246 after the words "house of representatives;" the following words: -- "The Senate Chair and House Chair of the Joint Committee on Education; the Ranking Minority House and Senate Members of the Joint Committee on Education"
