LEAP for Education Salem MyCAP Program

Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for LEAP for Education, Inc. to support school-day, MyCAP-aligned education and career planning for Salem students, including individualized post-secondary advising, career exploration, work-based learning preparation, and connections to local mentors and employers"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$125,000".
