Massachusetts School Building Authority Modernization

Mr. Brady moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following section:

"Section XXXX. Section 10 of chapter 70B of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following in line 1 after the word ‘cent’: 'unless otherwise specified in this section' and further amended by inserting after subsection (d) the following new subsection: '(e) Approved school projects shall be eligible to receive above 80 per cent reimbursement with applicable reimbursement incentive points.'".
