Ms. Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 7006-1003, the following item:-

“1596-2434 – For reimbursement rate increases for Family Child Care Providers at the Department of Early Education and Care…….$15,000,000

Education and Transportation Fund................. 100%”
