Ms. Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4590-0250, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $750,000 shall be expended to enhance the commonwealth's capacity to support the development of school-based bridge programs for youth who have had prolonged absence due to hospitalization or other disruptions requiring intensive mental health and/or physical care”; and by striking out the figure “$21,975,010” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$22,725,010.”
