Prophecy Wrestling Club

Mr. Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the First Start Foundation to support equipment costs of Prophecy Wrestling Club, help expand its reach and facilitate the participation of youth in the cities of Lawrence and Methuen"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$125,000".
