Mr. Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Lawrence CommunityWorks for Movement City to help engage youth through creative education"; and by striking out the figure "$2,352,440 " and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$2,402,440".
