Mr. Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Haverhill Inner City Boxing to provide support for underprivileged youth in Greater Haverhill" and by striking out the figure “$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$125,000".
