CPPI and Summer Step Up

Messrs. Payano, Lewis and Collins, Ms. Kennedy, Ms. Howard, Ms. Edwards and Messrs. Driscoll, Eldridge and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 3000-6025, by striking out the words “that funds may be expended for the Summer Step Up program” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “that not less than $6,000,000 shall be expended for the Summer Step Up program”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$28,450,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-“$37,950,000”
