CPPI and Summer Step Up

Mr. Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 3000-6025, by striking out the words “that funds may be expended for the Summer Step Up program” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “that not less than $6,000,000 shall be expended for the Summer Step Up program”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$28,450,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-“$37,950,000”
