Student Recovery Housing Reinvestment

Ms. Rausch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7066-0000, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to public institutions of higher education which have established a supportive substance abuse recovery student housing program for providing training in the administration of opioid antagonists and responses to overdoses to students, faculty, and staff”; and by striking out the figure “$4,306,186” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$4,356,186”.
