Higher Ground

Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Higher Ground to sustain and expand integrated enrichment and out-of-school time programming, mental and behavioral health supports, parent leadership training, and housing stabilization for students and families experiencing homelessness"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$200,000".
