Mr. Gómez moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Develop Springfield Corporation to offset and pay any and all costs incurred and related to, but not limited to, operational costs and expenses involved with the management and revitalization of the Springfield Innovation Center on Bridge Street in Springfield”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$350,000”.
