Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for the Agawam Robotics Education Foundation, Inc. in the city known as the town of Agawam for programming and operational costs” ; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: - “$115,000”.
