Messrs. Gómez, Keenan and Collins, Ms. Rausch, Mr. Cronin, Ms. Miranda, Mr. Driscoll, Ms. Howard, Messrs. Payano, Cyr, Eldridge, Montigny and O'Connor and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0040, by inserting after the word “plans”, in line 13, the following words:- “; provided further, that grants recipients shall be notified of grant awards not later than October 1, 2026".
