Mr. Gómez moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0040, by inserting after the words “ownership plans;” the following:- “; provided further, that grants recipients shall be notified of grant awards not later than October 1, 2026, and that grants shall be disbursed not later than November 1, 2026”; and by striking the figure "$5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure:- “$7,500,000".
