Emergency Contract Reform III

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section ____ the following:-

"SECTION _____. Section 8 of chapter 30B of the general laws is hereby amended by adding the following at the end thereof: ', and shall also submit a copy of such record to the inspector general, for review, provided further, that the inspector general shall file a report containing the results of such review in a timely manner with the clerks of the House and Senate'."
