End Stage Renal Disease

Messrs. Gómez and Keenan, Ms. Rausch, Mr. Driscoll, Ms. Edwards and Mr. Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section x the following section:-

SECTION X. Section 1 of Chapter 176k of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 22 and 23, the words “other than a person eligible for Medicare coverage due solely to end-stage renal disease”.
