Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section X the following section:-

SECTION X. (a) Chapter 285 of the acts of 2024 is hereby amended in the subsection (a) of section 30 by striking the word:--"2026” and inserting in place thereof the word “2028”.

(b) Subsection (b) of said section 30 of said chapter 285 is hereby amended by striking the word:--"2026” and inserting in place thereof the word “2028”.

(c) Said subsection (b) of said section 30 of said chapter 285 is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following words:--“; provided, however, operations at the center shall not end prior to December, 31 2028.”
