Buzzards Bay Commuter Rail Service

Mr. Fernandes moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2E, in item 1595-6369, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, the authority shall submit a study to the Joint Committee on Transportation and the House and Senate clerks on the capital cost of upgrading track, stations, and other infrastructure necessary to extend commuter rail to Buzzards Bay by March 1, 2027.”
