Ms. Lovely, Messrs. Gómez, Keenan, Eldridge and Crighton, Ms. Miranda and Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5055-0000, by striking out item 5055-0000 and inserting in place thereof the following item:-

"5055-0000 For forensic services provided by the department of mental health, provided, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended for juvenile court clinics........$19,018,309"
