Filing Extension, Special Commission on Correctional Consolidation and Collaboration

Mr. Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 36 the following section:- 

SECTION 36A. Subsection (d) of section 214 of chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended by striking out the word “September” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “November”.
