Filing Extension, Special Commission on Correctional Consolidation and Collaboration

Mr. Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section XX the following section:- 

SECTION YY. Subsection (d) of section 214 of chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended by striking the words “September 30, 2026” and inserting in place thereof the following text:- “November 30, 2026”.
